Payment


I accept all major credit/debit cards through PayPal's secure server. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account to use this facility - just a valid email address. 

I also accept payment via cheque/postal order. All cheques or postal orders must be made payable to Sarah Richards.

 

Shipping


All deliveries to UK mainland addresses are charged at a rate of £4.95.   I aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours.  In the event of a delay,  I will contact you.


Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery or Parcel Post, depending on weight.

Please contact me for revised shipping costs (prior to payment) if you are an overseas buyer.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  Buyer is responsible for the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns can only be accepted for items which have been unopened and unused.
 

 
Safety


All toys carry the CE mark and are unsuitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.


Availability


Occasionally, items may differ slightly to those listed. All substitutions will be equal to or greater in value than the original item.   I will ensure the substitution is similar in nature and quality to the original item.
