Payment

I accept all major credit/debit cards through PayPal's secure server. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account to use this facility - just a valid email address.

I also accept payment via cheque/postal order. All cheques or postal orders must be made payable to Mrs S Richards. Please allow up to 7 days for cheques to clear

If you would rather pay by Bank Transfer, please let me know and I will give you the necessary details. Please allow up to 4 days for payment by bank transfer to reach me.

Shipping

All deliveries to UK mainland addresses are charged at a rate of £4.95 per order. I aim to despatch all orders within 72 hours (depending on date required). In the event of a delay, I will contact you.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class delivery or Parcel Post, depending on weight.

Please contact me for revised shipping costs (prior to payment) if you are an overseas buyer.

Late or Lost Deliveries

Please allow sufficient time from ordering your bags to when they are needed as I am not liable for late deliveries.

As I use Royal Mail for all delivieries, I follow their 15 day policy for late and lost post. I do not resend any items or provide a refund until the following conditions are met:-

15 days have passed since date of despatch

You have checked with your local sorting office to ensure they have no parcel for you

You have clarified that the address is correct

Please note: All orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the customer, as entered by the customer. Where payment is made via PayPal, the registered PayPal address will be the delivery address on the order. Please double check that your registered address with Paypal is correct as I am not responsible for goods going astray if they are sent to an incorrect address.

If the delivery address details given is incorrect then I am not liable for any losses.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for the return postage.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns can only be accepted for items which have been unopened and unused.

Safety

All toys carry the CE mark and are unsuitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.

Availability

Occasionally, items may differ slightly to those listed. All substitutions will be equal to or greater in value than the original item. I will ensure the substitution is similar in nature and quality to the original item.
